Following a huge war with Elven Nazi Germany, the Empire is weak, so the Thalmor release a brainwashed double agent, Ulfric Stormcloak, to go and stir up some chaos. The Imperials have been in charge of Skyrim for a long time, and Skyrim has changed over time with the Imperial rule.
For those who don’t know, in ES5: Skyrim, the Game world is divided into two factions, the Stormcloaks, and the Imperials.
